What's the best medications for premature ejaculation?

My boyfriend has a problem which he says he's always had which is starting to cause arguments as he doesn't want to make love as he thinks he's leaving me unfulfilled.

Please any medications or any tips to make him less sensitive.

We've tried thick condoms, double condoms, kegal exercise, stop and start etc...

It looks like medication is the only way, do you know of any?

If you have tried other options and it is causing arguments then you could consider some kind of couple's therapy, one for sexual counselling maybe as they may well have some good ideas as to what might help and how to deal with things generally.

He's seen many gp,s who say it's stress and he should relax etc.. and give him a leaflet on stress but no real help as usual.
