I know OrthoGynest is a form of HRT. Is Vagifem HRT as well or is it safer?

..and it depends what you mean by "safer" smurf. My GP had a long chat with me about the very small increased risk of breast cancer when I was on HRT - our mutual decision was that having weighed the risk, the benefits I had from 10 years on HRT far outweighed that risk.

Both are basically the same.....have the same effect on the vagina.....and both equally safe.
