Oh bless you Hollie x...cant be easy at times, sweetheart.
Whenever I feel anxious and have things on my mind, I just go and swim, maybe a run, keep busy doing stuff, and chat and play with my kids to de-stress me out....mrs bear helps out and tells me not to worry......she's sooooooo laid back she'll fall down one day.
I hope you have some help with your anxiety...there are some pills that the Doctor can prescribe you, if you dont already have some, and our neighbour, who is in her late 60's now , gets it alot...even the slightest thing can start it off and she gets bad panic attacks too. She is on medication to help her....she has had a lot of stress lately, bless her ...... both her daughter and son are having messy break ups in their marriages with grandchildren involved too :(...........you can only be there to support her, if need be and we all do.
Maybe you can take up a hobby you like, or just ring and chat to a friend or a member of the family or watch a film you love and oput all your troubles behing you .........perhaps bingo, but dont go mad young lady ok? lol
