When I went to the toilet today passed something in my stool which looked like a small grape (light coloured) with a string type thing nearby, may have been attached. No pain or blood, any ideas, is it necessary to go to GP with it. Any help appreciated.

Possibly a polyp of some kind. Maybe even a haemorrhoid? Have you still got it? Might be worth taking along to your GP, just for peace of mind if nothing else.

Are you on any tablet medication which is a slow release tablet ?
The outer casing of these types of medication often pass out through your system , when the medication inside has been released / or after a period of time
No blood, no diarrhea,................no idea!

Probably something that you have eaten.

Monitor the situation.

An actual grape?
