ok, im not really sure how to phrase this, but it seems that I cant remember alot of things, just normal info I learned...unless im past the point of tierd, or wired and my mind is racing. Why? I know its there because when im wired I remeber everything (from what I hear its correct) and I can say it without even thinking about it. Is there anything I can do to stop this block without medication, if this is even a "condition"....

I am afraid as we ages we all become more forgetful. Some people do have a better memory than others, so it all depends on the individual. Thats why people keep dairies, by reading back the entrance would refresh your memory. You can always look it up if you are not sure of an event that had happened or going to happen, reminder of an event.

Believe me Nik, you are not alone & it can get worse as you get older!

It is very frustrating at times, when you can't remember what you did 5 min's before, but can remember things from donkey's years ago!

It can get worse with age, so I like to keep my brain alert by doing crosswords, puzzles, drawing, writing & using my PC as much as I can.

See what I mean - I've written "It can get worse" twice! He, he!
I was going to post a answer, but I can not remember the question.
