Wierd Twinge In Ny Left Side/back.

Just thought I'd see if anyone has any ideas as to what it could be. Its not painful, just a twinge i get in my side, I think it's when I turn a certain way and it's very annoying. It's been happening for months now, could it just be a muscle thing? I have no other symptoms of any kind incase you're wondering and i'm not overweight or anything like that (also I have never smoked).

Sqad i've just turned 28 and no i don't have any twitches anywhere else. Sorry if anybody else asks me anything i've got to go to work in a min so I'll check back in later.
