For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Thankyou.I am so proud of my OH he has struggled with his weight for years. He Is so much happier and more determined to get to his target.I am only dinky height wise and I would like to lose a bit more,I have never been this size before (pregnant, yes) but It has piled on since I left work and I still feel uncomfortable,so a few more lbs will not hurt.
Thanks Brinjal,no It Isn't,I am a little fortunate that I do not have a sweet tooth but cutting out (kebabs, chinese, pizzas, steak and pork pies) wow was so hard and cheese my favourite,I thought I was going to die of starvation lol,but I have adjusted..My OH on the other hand has made so many sacrifices as he just loves his sweet stuff..
well done to both of you! and if you feel like you want to lose a couple more pounds, then do it - but don't forget, once you reach your target weight you can keep going with your husband and you won't have to pay weekly anymore (they say you should just have an extra healthy extra a day so that you maintain and don't keep losing), so you can continue being a support to him while monitoring yourself to make sure it doesn't creep back on! as for the sweet tooth - look at the SW website for some lovely dessert recipe ideas. well done to you both xxxxx
