Removing Steri Strips

I had a minor op last week to repair an umbilical hernia, it was done laparoscopically so I have 3 small incisions which are covered with steri strips. Nobody at hospital was very specific about when to take these off or if they will just come off, just that they need to be kept dry. I am desperate for a hot bubble bath ( but to be clear I am showering!!) so am looking for any advice? There are no stitches at all under strips.

Have your "bubble bath" or "shower".....and pick them off.
