If I remember rightly my son could play computer games at a really young age, probably about 3 or 4.  10 years later hes still an  ps addict.

i am 28 and my dad bought us a sinclair zx81 with its touchpad keyboard haha, they were the days! anyway i was about 4/5 years old, and from there on i never came off computers/consoles through the atari years, the atari 800xl years, to the sinclair spectrum +2, Sega Master system and on to the commodore amiga before i bought my first pc at 18 then playstation at 20ish then ps2, newer PC and now Xbox!. oh and before u wonder....yes i will be getting my xbox360 when i am 29 this year !!!

I now have a daughter who is 4 years old and she has her own "console" that is available from toys r us and it is designed for little nippers with games like winnie the pooh and scooby doo, they are sort of platform games with spelling and stuff. And i was letting her have a go at my PS2 when she was 2 years old, although i was only allowing her to play about with the controller for about 10 mins only maybe once a week, but she was soon learning at 2 that u could make the car move by pressing a button and go in funny directions pressing a lever!

Slightly off topic, my sister was telling me that at times she has to rush around to get ready for work and leaves her 3 1/2 year old alone. The other day she found him printing off web pages on the home computer and I have watched him playing online jigsaw games by himself. It is very startling to watch. My mum is 58 and cannot work a mouse. Go figure.
Two years old - my little bro and he kicked my butt.
My little boy was two when he started playing PS1 Bob the Builder and Tweenies games. We now have a daily battle to get him off the PS2...I hate the bloody thing! However, he is extremely computer literate for a five year old, which is about the only upside. The one thing that amazes me is his ability to navigate around complicated PS2 games when he can't read the menus!
