I went for my INR check today and it was still only 1.5 so they have uped my dose from 2mg to 4mg I am a bit surprised what do other people on warfarin think?

It is not unusual. 2mg is a kind of starter dose, to gauge your response to warfarin. Everyone differs in their response to the drug.

Absolutely. Mine was up and down every week at the start, then settled down. I'd have a small wager that you level out at 3 or 4 mg.

My OH takes 7mg for five days and 8mg for two days. It all depends on your blood tests.
