Have you opened any new credit accounts lately, or asked for a credit search? It says on their website that an initial search is free, anyway. There's a number here that you can ring them https://www.creditreportsmatter.co.uk/contact.php
but I'd start with your bank, asking how the money was requested.
It appears that you've used their trial service to check your credit report (either directly or, possibly, via a third party website) and then failed to cancel the trial within the 10-day trial period. See the grey box, at the bottom right, here:
