I like to think it's a possibility. Buddhism teaches about reincarnation and how it is based on karma, what you have done in your previous life. It's a nice thought.

I was talking to a three year old boy, his mum is having another baby, and he knows the baby is in his mum's tummy. I told him that's how all babies grew, even him - he shook his head and said, no, I'd have remembered! Then he said 'I remembered when I died'. I told him not to be silly, he hadn't died, and he said, yes i did, We had to hide in the cupboard under the stairs because of the bombs but we got hit. My name was Eric then.

That is so interesting. I watched a program about a wee boy who spoke about his previous life on Barra. I'm sure he was able to describe places on the island even though he had never been there. Quite amazing actually. I'll see if I can find a link.

When my grandson was 2 we were having a chinese meal using chopsticks and he picked them up and was trying to use them. He then told us he had used those when he was a big person before. I asked him where and he just pointed to the sky and said 'up there silly'. I keep an open mind but its hard to ignore when little children come out with these things.
