I have terrible hayfever and take a one-a-day tablet (over the counter), can I take two? 12 hours apart? I'm finding that the one-a-day isn't lasting all day.

Yes fine you can take up to two 10mgm tablets twice daily in need be.

Stay away from any grass cutting if possible. That sets me off sometimes!

I would love to TTG, but we're in the middle of hay and haylage at the moment on the farm so there is no escape!

I'm definitely doing better now I'm taking two a day.
