Delayed Period

Hi

My friend is a little concerned

He period is now a week late & she assures me that she is definitely not pregnant!!!

She thought the period had arrived on Friday last week 02/08, because there was blood in her urine. She went to the doctors only to learn that she had a UTI!!!

Is it possible that the UTI has caused a delay in her period this month? If so, how long is it likely to be delayed as she is really freaking out!!!! Will she get 1 at all? Any advice would be appreciated to put her mind at rest

Anything is possible, even if she is normally like clockwork. Why is she freaking out if she's sure she's not pregnant. What is she worried about?

We don't know her age and anything about her general health other than the UTI, I agree with Pixie - she has no reason by the sounds of it to be so worried.

The fact that she is freaking out can also be a reason for it to be late. This has happened to me a lot in the past
