How do we get them and how can I get rid of them please. I've got loads coming on my neck, very small at the moment but I'd like to get rid before they become bigger.

think they come with rubbing from clothes etc, to get rid tie cotton around them till they drop off as it cuts the blood supply.

also grow under arm & inner thigh.
sorry. armpits - caused by friction.
If they`re still small, you can get rid of them via electroysis.
You can have them frozen off at your doctor's surgery. I had one removed this way because it was on my elbow and kept catching on my clothing.
me GP referred me to an NHS skin clinic that froze them off (liquid nitrogen). I don't know if they still do it but you could ask.
sometimes they are warts. Here's what the NHS says.

How long do they take to fall off with cotton round 'em?

I've a couple on my neck, and I'd happily do this method unless it meant wandering round for days with bits of thread stuck to me.
takes a week or two when they're frozen, I expect it'd be the same with cotton.
Rather difficult to pull the cotton tight enough if they're on your neck.
I'd opt going to the doctors if it was me.
If they`re tiny, you won`t be able to get the cotton around them. I had a few and when I went to an electrolysist, she just zapped them. It took minutes and cost about £20.
I've always used the cotton and 'nipping' method with success. Sometimes, if they're very visible but still tiny I just nip the tag between my fingernails to cut off the supply. A bit of a nip each night seems to do the trick
I always tie a hair round them, then if they are big enough give them a twist and stick a small bit of a plaster on (just the sticky bit) that stops them untwisting, strangles them in no time, works every time for me.
