I fainted or something. Came over all weak & dizzy at work, sat down to catch my breath with head on lap and fell of chair - lol.
I had a MOT checkup on Tuesday and nurse said I was borderline High blood pressure? At todays mishap a nearby doc checked me with those tight arm blowups, pulled eyelids down, follow finger, hold arms out with eyes closed and brought me round with smelling salts. He said I had low blood pressure....I cant remember numbers.
Visiting doc said I should take salt tablets, 2 litres water pd (I never drink water).
Question = high or low BP and could this be due to tobacco withdrawal ?
ps I took an aspirin in case of stroke ;)

'Fluid' does not have to be water , fruit juice , milk, tea ,even coffee all count but not alcohol . Alcohol is the only one that actually takes out more fluid than it puts in . She was also told to look at the colour of her pee! it should be a pale straw colour, if it is yellow that is a sign of dehydration and not drinking enough fluid
The current fad for not having salt on anything is causing problems according to her doctor , he is seeing constant problems with salt deficiency. Too little salt causes far more problems than too much , salt is essential to us we can not survive without it.
