Update On Mental Health A Bit Better- Anyone Been On Zopiclone
9 Answers
I went to see GP this morning and he has prescribed me zopiclone 3.75mg to try and get a good nights sleep over the next 3 nights and hopefully it will help my paranoia. I went to see Provident and told them I would pay them next week and they were fine about it so feeling better about both things. Ive made the decision not to plan to travel anywhere again it is not worth the hassle and anxiety I am just going to stick to Perth and home and my cat. Anyone been on zopiclone before?

Be careful to start with, completely knocked me out (it's a hypnotic and really does hypnotise you!) I found the effectiveness doesn't last too long though, after a week or so I had to up the dose to 2 tabs. Supposed to be highly addictive so go easy, good luck!!
I've had them in the past but only took half a tablet to help me through an anxious period of not sleeping. Found that dose really helpful without feeling groggy in the mornings. I did take one by mistake in the day once thinking it was a travel pill. That frightened those around me as I literally zonked out in the middle of eating a pizza and they didn't know why. Good luck, hope you feel more relaxed soon.
