Hi lucymac, I tried some once and they work very well at getting rid of some of the excess fat which you've eaten. However, you soon find yourself limiting your fat intake because of the consequences of not doing so.
marje,(and lucymac) if you read the actual science blurb that is how they are intended to work...its a bit like antabuse...the consequences of ingesting the forbidden substance when using the drug is so unpleasant that it puts you off doing it.
I tried them, and they didn't make any difference at all.

I know that woofgang, but believe me cutting down on the fat you eat is a better option than not doing. So either way, getting rid of excess fat or not eating it in the first place, means that the tablets work!
they do Neti.
marje, if what they do is make you cut down on the fat that you eat, can you not do that without the tablets?
