Got some blisters from the weekends scalding. They're pretty uncomfortable and I keep knocking them.

Can I just pop them with a needle like I would ordinary foot blister?

Most definitely not. You will be allowing germs to enter and the fluid to leak out. You shouldn;t pop any blister.
No they are nature's protection
Should you?
As FPC says, most definitely not:

Would I?
Almost certainly yes!
If they cover a large area you should seek medical aid and have them dressed with special sterile dressings.
The other two are right but I'd still pop em, I wouldn't be able to resist.

I always pop blisters from shoes, soooo much better then walking around in agony.

Thinking about it, a number of years ago I got severe sun burn across my chest which blistered and a nurse, who I was seeing daily for another reason popped a lot of them for me. (After fairly having a massive go at me).

It's just my thumb Furry, no need to seek any medical attention.
If it was me, I would. I`d gently wash the area, pop with a sterlized needle and apply a dry dressing.

Hhhmmm, maybe I'll just see how they feel when I have my shower in the morning.

Oh and thank you for the answer everyone :)
It really doesn't make a blind bit of difference, what you do.

I agree with the post of Buenchico.
I'm sure you can do whatever you like. In your shoes I'd protect them whether you pop them or not though.
