how often should i do my dvd?
i am following weight watchers rather sucsessfully at the moment and although i have been doing a lot of walking i bought Davina Mccalls workout dvd to supplement the diet.
I did it on thursday and managed to complete it, i woke up on friday and felt sore as i am not exactly fit! I am still achey now, i was wondering when i would be able to do the dvd again, as i would really like to be able to do it 3 times a week.
Is this ok, or should i do less?

I pretty much did what Tinky-Tia suggests.
I did the warm-up and ONE different section on a Mon, Wed and Fri for a month. Then i did the warm-up and TWO sections on these days for a month and since then i have been doing the whole thing 3 times a week... and it hasn't killed me!
Having the weekend as a break from it makes me WANT to go back to it... unheard of with any other exercise regime.
