Kat is this evil being that lives inside of me that tells me to do bad things. She cuts me and has tried to kill me and really wants too. She scares me. I am going to tell her about Kat, but I don't know how to start the conversation. Also, should I do it tonight or tomorrow?

Hi Mom, I need to talk to you about something................ would be a good start, and just tell her - don't bottle it up - she'll be far more understanding that you might imagine and do it asap
If today you put things off until tomorrow, then tomorrow you will put it off until the next day; and so on and so forth. Welshy has given good advice. Start slowly and show this is serious and troubling you. Let the words come a bit at a time.
Sometimes it is very difficult to find the right time to talk about things and even harder to bring it up in conversation, one way is to have 3 envelopes and 3 pieces of paper the first letter says something like Mum I need to sit down and talk with you, inside this letter and envelope you put the second that says something like its someone who tells me to do bad things and then inside this you put the third letter and envelope which says what you put in your question. You might find it easier this way, However I hope you have already been able to talk to your mum. We are all wanting it to go well for you.
