Sorry have not been on for a while....my heavy cold developed into a nasty bronchial thingy with terrible chesty infection....been bringing up some nasty stuff ended at mums as I was really rather delerious with high temperature ..needed some care....still in bed trying to work on this iPad....miss my kindle so...it's been mentioned my recent bout of septicaemia hasn't helped with my immunity....still not great but getting there.....xxx

Thanks kiki xx maydup xxx it is pretty awful there's only so much stuff in your chest it must be nearly all gone soon..rattling a wee bit and still bit hot....badly dehydrated though...

get as much of that gunge away as possible. continuous coughing is exhausting though, feel like it or not you must drink, Bovril,soup,juice,fizzy drinks.ice cream ice lollies. take care.

Hi Anne xx...trying to take as much fluid as I can juice, water, tried soup but that was just too heavy....
