Sometimes talking to (or ABing) with someone who has their own problems going on helps them too, sort of takes their mind of things. Most people are only too happy to listen and talk things through.
gp..........'you wouldn't want to take up her time', that's part of her job, it can also be quite therapeutic to just jot down your feelings once a day, don't ask me how, but it does helps :)
Sibs (hugs)

Sher is right, come here and rant if needed, email pals too.
Scrunching things up in your head won't help. The only thing is, I've only emailed one pal about problems, should have shared with more

I can only offer more hugs xx
Hi Psybbo- I don't know any of the background but if you are feeling down I hope it helps to know lots of people on here will be thinking of you and will try to help. It's a shame you're so far away from most of us
Sibs, its part of her (GP's) job as anne says. Some surgeries also have easy access listening services (mine does). It really doesn't help anyone if the Listener collapses. Yes come on here and talk and share but there may also be practical help that the GP can get for you which we cannot. x
