am in agony & feel sick after pulling base of spine. Cant move fast & lifting legs to walk is agony.

Dont have pain killers atm, only a stick to help me hobble. The nausea is horrid - what will help besides alcohol ?

Pain....but no painkillers.......that's handy. Try bag of frozen peas over the painful area and get someone to get you some Ibuprofen 600mgs.
