When we lived in Devon I used to get up in the night for a pee on average once a week, since moving to Wales I now get up in the night at leat once a night and often twice.

Been to Gigryn 3 times now and amazed at how many birds congregate there and the varying species and even what appears to be an albino kite. Terrific viewing - took Gs breath away the first time she saw the feeding.

I think you are onto something JJ, I have a thermos vaccum flask, if I fill it at the bottom of the mountain I could eliminate flaw in the "ambient pressure" proposition and then rush to the top of the mountain to drink it... problem solved and a restfull sleep at last!!
