Proplus pills

Has anyone used "Proplus pills" ? do they work ?

Pro Plus are just concentrated doses of caffine. If you're sensitive to it, it can make you jumpy and irritable. On the other hand, it does work. I revised for my finals on Pro Plus and went into the exams the next morning and did pretty well (Not that this is an advert for studying like this, you understand!).

If you do take them, take the pills with sugar or a carbohyd=rate source...a banana say. This really helps p[otentiate the action.

I used them during exam time to help concentration. They definitely work so long as you follow the instructions and don't take too many. red Bull has a similar effect

I have used these a few times and they do work. But I would warn everybody, that I have heard that regular use (i.e. a few times a week over a period of several years) can lead to heart problems, so be sparing and don't become completely reliant on them. I still use Pro Plus occasionally so don't let my warning freak you out.
