I seem to have lost mine, I can honestly say I could just sit on here all day and not even bother to do anything. Is it the time of year (ie following Christmas) or am I just getting lazy? Any ideas how to get it back?

I feel just the same pips1. I have been poorly, but not poorly enough to take time off work, and I feel like I want to hibernate for the rest of the month. Sorry not very helpful to you! I do know someone who can't swim but goes to aqua aerobics and he finds that helps with water confidence.
I don't know how much time you have pips, but you could try some volunteering?

Thanks maydup, I have thought about voluntary work before and I have looked at this site you have sent me, it was useful. At the moment however I am committed to helping look after my elderly mum, I think this is half of my problem as I spend so much time repeating myself I feel I am in Groundhog Day. I am sure I will feel better when Spring comes!
