Given the choice of Oral B pulsar, Oral B complete medium or Oral B complete firm, which toothbrush should I choose ?

I don't think it matters. I'd go for the cheapest one. They all do the same job, I think.
My dentist explained this to me and the more you spend the better the toothbrush. The more pricey one will do more movement and stuff. If I could afford it I would go for the most expensive one- they are your teeth after all, and Oral B have very good and long guarantees which you can do online, and add free several years etc.
