It really does work a treat, and is only about 3/4
Rub olive oil into your hands every time you're in the kitchen. It may smell a bit but it's a great moisturiser. Also, buy a pair of cotton gloves from Boots and wear them in bed at night over a very thick layer of handcream. The cream will have soaked in by next morning and your hands should be less dry.
Hiya
The best one I have found is .... Body Shop Hemp Hand Cream (may not be exact title but tube is beside my bed at home and I am at work!)
It is about 5/6 a tube or thereabouts but you only need a tiny dab so the tube lasts forever! It made a huge difference to my hands and I am allergic to most soaps and cleaners so always had dry hands!
