This Is Becoming A Bit Of A Problem
8 Answers
I have been a Diabetic for the last 23 years. I have never been a fan of needles and things but I know I must to my injections. But I dream about every second night that I am trying to do my injection but I just can't do it. I get the needle near to the site and I just can't bring myself to do it. It plays on my mind when I'm trying to do my injections.
What is causing me to have this dream all the time? Is there anything I can do to work out whats making it occur and how I can maybe make it stop?

Do these dreams stop you from injecting at all? Or through hesitancy cause the process to be more painful?
It might be worth talking to your Diabetic nurse - maybe it is something to do with the site of injection -perhaps selection of a different site?

They don't stop me doing them, but sometimes I feel like its going to happen for real that I won't be able to do them. I try not to hesitate I tend just to get on with it.
I do tend to favour my right leg over my left when I do my ingections but I always move them aroud. But I will mention it to her, I am to see a Psychologist about a few things so I might mention this aswell.
I just find it rather bugging that its happening all the time.
