If you are sure that it is a wart and by your description, it would seem that you may well be correct, there are many ways to get rid of it.

What would i do if it was me?

It's something that will take time to go whatever you do. You could go to a Pharmacist and see if they have anything to help, but i think sqad is right.

Years ago I had a wart on my thumb that I bit off.
