Hi there is there a virus going about at the moment I am feeling exhausted weak all over and light headed all the time. My pulse is ok so its not my atrial fibrillation I feel lousy

I am not sure where you are exactly.
But where we are, yes definitely sounds like something we have all had.
For me it lasted 3 days, light headed, dizzy but no other traditional flu symptoms. The tiredness lasted a week or so
