Microbermabrasion

Im thinking of buying a microdermabrasion cloth from an auction site. Anybody used one?  They any good? The hype sounds great

These cloths were used in a nursing home, I once used to work in.  All you need is this cloth and water, and they were very good.

I bought a few from USA via auction site. Very pleased with them. I seen a big difference in forehead smoothness to begin with cos I used it quite intensely, not so much now. My daughter uses hers on rough skin on her arms & face and has seen a good difference. I gave my colleague one as she had blotchy skin, but she felt it made her thread veins worse. I'd recommend it. In fact will buy more when these are worn out.
