Aswagandha - Must It Be Taken With Milk?
2 Answers
i have just got some of this and it says on it 'take with milk' ...
it doesnt say 'preferably with milk' or give any other options - seems a bit unusual, so does anyone know why?
i dont have any milk and dont intend to buy any - i never buy milk, as i rarely use it
can i take it with water?
thanks
