No help to you whatsoever, but mine didthe sameabout 5 or 6 years ago (I'm only 30 now). Since I've gotten used to it, I do quite like my kinks and curls as it's only really at the back and not on top or at the sides but I wear my hair *relatively* short
Same happened to me after 2nd kid - I was 30.I think it was when I grew it long and had slight layers.I was thrilled after having dead straight hair. Now in my 40's and hair goes into ringlets and looks great - well I think so - but then I am only 20ish and a hippy in my dreams!!Weird tho it should happen.
I started out curly.  Lost my curls aged 5 and started going curly again at about 45.  Weird!
how funny fatbjork; the very same thing happened to me along the lines of Buddy. This was about 6 years ago, when I had had my 2nd child.  I still haven't got used to my curls, though I like them. It's just hard learning which products to use and just to avoid the rain whatever you do!
