Hi. Went to pick up prescription today was told by the chemist that they are unable to get any Migril tablets until September. Asked if there was a substitute tablet and was told no. Anyone having the same problem,? Any alternative tablet offered?
Thanks.

It might be worth asking if there's an equivalent combination of tablets.
Migril contains 2mg of ergotamine tartrate, 50mg of cyclizine hydrochloride and 100mg of caffeine hydrate. Alternative tablets containing the caffeine hydrate and ergotamine tartrate, also intended for the treatment of migraine, should be available (although they might only contain 1mg of ergotamine tartrate, rather than 2mg). Cyclizine hrdrochloride should also be available, in 50mg tablets, as an antihistamine. So perhaps combining the two tablets would do the same job as taking Migril?

Hi
Thankfully Migril tablets are now available from Wockhardt as of December 2016. My pharmacist has been able to order them. See link below.
