Am beginning to feel a bit nervy and hyper over our drive to Cornwall this week,hate travelling,a friend recommended these pastilles, has anyone tried them, or would I be better seeking medical advice?

Don't waste your money. If you are so concerned see your GP, explain the situation and i am sure that a mild anxiolyitic drug will be offered.

I haven't tried them, because I don't think they work. But, if you believe they work...they probably will, for you. (Placebo effect and all that...!)
