Low Blood Sugar Wont Seem To Rise After 10 Minutes

Hi there I seem to be having an episode of low blood sugar it went from 4.4 to 3.5 ive had a glass of fresh orange juice 1 packet of crisps and a few glucose tablets but I cant get it to rise really weird

P.S 10 mins is a bit soon to retake your readings, give it at least 30 mins-45mins.

Lucozade does it for me when I drop...but need more than ten mins...

Im feeling a bit better now very flushed but it is up to 4.7 so I think Im out of the hypo range. I took a glipizide 4o minutes before meal I had a vegetable stir fry and then strawberries and low fat cream and then took 2 500mg metformin as normal I am not sure why this is happening Im going to see diabetic doctor this week my average readings for 30 days have been 6.1 because Ive been really watching my diet and having no chocolate or sweets or cakes or biscuits so I think im on too much medication because my diet has changed I was on 3 glipazide a day and doc told me to reduce 1 which I was really chuffed about.
