My gym has them, they claim all sorts of benefits.

I used to have one at home but got rid of it because it took up too much space. You do definitely get results with it if you use it properly, they increase the intensity of your workout because you are having to use your muscles more (and in a slightly different way) to maintain balance. Yes, wobble thingies.
Whilst I do not know, I can say I sincerely doubt they achieve much at all. What is the claim ? That it shakes your fat cells away and makes your muscle cells swell up ?

Thanks Daffy, if it's good enough for hospital use, that says it all. I didn't ask at the Gym, in case they are biased.

I suffer from restless legs and leg cramps. Mr O bought me one for my birthday and it is brilliant at alleviating both conditions
