Any other American/British differencs in words (words, not spellings, I know they spell foetus fetus).

Should we be worried about the poor yankees? They pinch our limey doctors, but thy stare blankly when told to give a patient epinepherin (however its spelt).

No, sorry, what I was asking was, are there any other mdical wors which come from different origins (greek/latin) and does this affect treatment? On the whole does America use greek and britain latin, or whichever way round it is (I don't know any classics in the slightest) for its medical words?
