Hearing Wire For Widex Passion Pa 105

Does anybody know where I can buy a replacement hearing wire for my Widex Passion PA105 hearing aid ? I have been looking around for some time without success. Everybody tells me to go and visit an audiologist which I don't want to do. They charge a lot of money for a job that takes a few seconds. The manufactor does not supply to the general public only to registered audiologists.

Perhaps things are done differently in the U.K., but here in the U.S., one would just drop into the audiologist office where the device was obtained and the clear wire would be removed/replaced for free...
