Hi there after 2 hours sleep last night and pain I went to see GP today who told me my breathlessness was fine and it was nothing to do with heart or lungs he had a listen he very sensitively put it that people who are overweight can get breathless!! I am getting a steroid injection tomorrow at lunchtime I am so pleased Ive had 3 in my last shoulder and it totally sorted it.
I am probably being a bit worried for no reason as usual as well as a bad shoulder I hurt my back lifting something. On Sunday 1pm I took 2 paracetemol and sunday evening I took 1 co-codamol 30/500 and on monday lunchtime I took 2 paracetemol as I was out for lunch I didnt want to feel too drowsy. So in 24 hours I had 4 paracetemol and 1 co-codamol. Last night I took 1 co-codamol at 9pm and another 1 at 4am. I suddenly got a fright when it said not to take other products containing paracetemol but I am well under 8 in 24 hours

The packets usually say to take these drugs at no less than 4-hour intervals, and no more than 4 doses in 24 hours, and you've complied with that. Just bear in mind that the cocodamol contains paracetamol, so you have to count that as one of your paracetamol doses. You're still here so you've clearly not overdosed... but make sure, as you do, that you note what time you take them, so you know when you can take the next dose if you should need to. That should reassure you.
