I have to say that was one of the most 1 sided games i`ve watched liverpool play, they did deserve it but why is it they think they're playing rugby in front of goal, keep Cisse but get Owen to give more options and excitement. But i love it when we bring home the silverware to Anfield.

Very well done to Liverpool. I watched the game and they thoroughly deserved the win. My question is why is this game played? It's an irrelevance which means that Liverpool have now played two games fewer than most of their Premiership rivals. It's just a meaningless game staged to please the Uefa big-wigs after they made the draws for the Champions league and the Uefa cup.
