Can Valium Make Agitation Worse?
4 Answers
Can valium make anxiety and agitation worse I have been taking a lot 15mg over 3 days and it seems to be making me worse instead of better. I am wondering if it can stop being effective if taken over a long time 15 years??>

If you've been taking it longer than 3 months consistently, it's quite likely you'll get agitated between doses, yes. I guess (hope) you're on antidepressants anyway? It's much better and more stable to increase those. But you really need to see your doctor. Also, avoid alcohol with it (if you drink).
I was on it many years ago,and it was not easy commingnoff of it. You really need to find other, more practical ways to deal with your anxiety,as anything taken by mouth...be it food,drugs,caffeine,tobbaco...is going to be both addictive and counterproductive.
