I just wondered because some common (and not at all sinister) gyny infections smell fishy, so it seems possible you might notice the fishy smell and assume it was linked to eating fish. I'd have to recommend you to see the doc and get a swab done.
keen2learn is correct about gyny infections. Have you noticed a fishy smell when you haven't eat fish? It is true that what you eat can affect how you smell and taste down below, in particular spicy foods and garlic. Try drinking pineapple or orange juice. You can buy a douche at any good chemist if you require one.

I said a douche is available if required, and other things to try first. It may be a yeast infection. Perhaps they do affect balance but better than having an infection or smelly area. You should see a doctor and ask for his/her medical advice. To put things another way.. what if men never washed their genital area
I doubt you have an infection since it only happens when you eat fish. I know several of my friends who this happens to (both male and female friends). I suspect its something to do with their digestive process being less effective with certain foods. And for goodness sake don't have the asparagus as suggested by gen2. I find that this makes my 'wee' smell of smoke!!!
