If a male has dwarfism does this affect the size of his penis, i.e will the penis be in relation to his body size or is it the size of a male not dwarfed? This question came up over drinks one night and nobody knew the answer!

Dwarfism affects the long bones principally ie arms and legs. Dwarfs have a relatively unaffected torso and as there are no bones in a penis there is no effect there. I believe a midget's penis on the other hand will be in proportion to his overall size.
