Irritating Pimples Above My Upper Lip, How To Get Rid Of?

Every couple of weeks now, i get 1 or 2 pimples above my upper lip, and they stay there for about 5 days, they´re quite unsightly. Is there an ointment i can use to treat them?

Are they actual pimples with a head?
I would advise the use of something like Witch Stick dabbed on throughout the day to dry the spots up.

Are you sure they're not cold sores or some other infection or skin problem?
Knowing what they are will go a long way towards getting the right treatment for them.

sqad, i tried 4 farmacias, and was met with a blank look every time.
it doesnt really matter anyway, I now know why i´ve got these pimples, or actually one large pimple, its connected to the sinuses. Apparently i have an infection in one of my teeth, its got to come out soon, in fact its coming out late november, i saw a female doctor who specialises in this department. so in the meantime, when my nose decides to run during the night, it carries the infection with it. hence the pimple. I think i´ll give the wiffy tea- tree oil a go, until late november.
