No, and I'd not be interested in them for precisely the reason you state. I'd suspect they had no significant effect, save on your wallet, but let us know if the weight drops off.

sorry , keytone.
Not only do they not work they can actually be dangerous. Do not touch them!
Question Author
ok eddies that was short and sweet but do you mind to tell us why ?
Ketone.
Also the term raspberry ketones makes people think they are a natural product made from raspberry's is not true! it would take 41Kg of Raspberry's to make just one dose. They are made in an industrial production plant and are 100% man made!

Again read the link!
you probably will lose weight from 'em, but not in the way you think!

If you sign up and order them online, they apparently keep on being delivered and you don't stop paying exorbitant prices for them through your bank- before you know it you can't afford to buy food.
If you want to buy raspberry ketones despite not a shred of evidence that they work, then there is a pretty good selection on Amazon, with thousands of reviews.

Other supplements are sold in the UK, an industry of £millons with only a few offering any scientific evidence of value.

No I have not tried them, but if you must, to satisfy your thirst for knowledge............then do so.
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck.....
Just eat healthy, exercise, and have a treat occasionally, no need for owt else!!

eddies thanks, they are going in the bin right now ;-)

I have been taking one a day which I brought from Holland and Barrett, walking 3 miles every day and have lost over a stone, it has taken since May, but slowly losing weight is better than rapid weight loss anyway.
Question Author
too late for me im afraid. theyre all binned ;-)
fruitsalad it is the 3 mile walks that are getting your weight down ! nothing top do with the pills.
With the NHS buckling under the obesity epidemic anything that was proven to work would be prescribed by doctors if it were cost effective.
^^ my OH has ben prescribed 12 weeks at 'weightwatchers' by her GP.
All the fees paid by the NHS, 3 weeks on and 7lbs down so far.
Anyone with a BMI of 35 or over can get 12 weeks at weightwatchers free by asking their GP for a 'prescription'.
Anyone remember the tea some conman persuaded Samantha Fox to endorse?
^^ was that the one that was basically a powerful laxative?
I remember, Sandy. He was her boyfriend at the time.

Slimmers' World is also available on the NHS
