We are worried about bleeding particularly from the stomach and intestine caused by the action of Ibuprofen and the complication of the anticoagulant warfarin.
All analgesics may.....may.....cause G.I bleeding, but Paracetamol is the least likely to do this. Does paracetamol relieve your pain and if it does, there is your answer.
If it doesn't, then you either have to "suffer" with pain OR take Ibuprofen which you know does relieve your pain, but ..may....cause bleeding.
If, just if, you bled from any cause whilst on warfarin, there are many ways in which it can be reversed.
If i were in your situation and i had taken ibuprofen before whilst on Warfarin, i would take it again at night for pain relief.
Finally....this is a difficult decision, so consult your GP for his opinion.
