Bedsores might need professional treatment but, as a starting point at least, click the links (especially 'Treatment' and 'Prevention') here:

this man needs help with everything and between the next day or so his girlfriend and I will go down and try to make this comfortable for him as he is chasing his sons away (through independence) Well, I ' take so much from him and then I will crack and try and get through him whether he likes it or no.

Have down he needs a lamp (have suitable one for him)
Sanitiszer - have those too
Gloves for myself and girlfriend
fresh towels and face cloths

and try and get some antibacterial soap or some gentle soap

What kind of cream for his sores.

His nails are unbelievable - I will make a arrangement for the chiropodist - he is diabetic.

My god if he was all clean and fresh he would feel better.

Any what creams for the sores. I* know he is in so much pain but refuses to complain.

I am trying to get bits and bobs to bring down you know to get started on him

What creams could you get just for starter E45 emollient - anything. ~Thankls again. tping funny as i am gold good night see you in the morning
Clinisan is what's used in hospitals, I'm sure you can buy over the counter at chemist, it's a foam spary for incontinence etc
http://www.synergyhealthplc.com/en/clinisan-skin-cleansing-range?region=1400&country=IE

they do a whole range of anti bacterial products for skincare-the like of bedsores etc
Speak to a pharmacist about the problem, stressing that your brother is diabetic. He might offer a suitable antiseptic cream but he's probably more likely to suggest hydrocolloid dressings. (Pharmacists are an excellent source of advice and, because they're usually bored rigid by simply dispensing prescriptions all day long, often jump at the chance at putting their extensive training to proper use by providing one-to-one advice).
I agree with you on that Chris, I only know about the cream I gave link to as an elderly relative of mine, I cared for had type 2 diabetes and this product was used on when she was bed ridden
Not on the medicinal end, but,If you could get a memory foam mattress topper,it should make him more comfortable. By my own experience they make a real difference.
Bed sores are NOT nice. I had one last year. Very painful. Skin worn off to expose raw flesh. Could not lie on my back. However after a couple of days with application of cream I was much more comfortable.
